Qualifications

• Monitor daily production performance and drive efficiency and throughput.
• Analyze processes and implement improvements to reduce cycle time.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent experience required




• Minimum 5+ years of machine shop experience, including 3+ years in a leadership or supervisory role




• Experience in CNC machining environments required

Technical Skills

• Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills




• Experience with ERP systems (Job Boss preferred)




• Proficiency in CNC setup and programming (Mastercam preferred)




• Knowledge of tooling, materials, and machining processes




• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
