Typical hours are 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with possible overtime and varied shifts. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, two years of industrial maintenance experience, ability to work at heights up to 30 feet, and passing a pre-employment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of experience maintaining buildings, facilities, or equipment in a large commercial or industrial environment.
• Ability to work in an aerial lift or scissor lift up to 30 feet.
• Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test.
• Ability to obtain a security access badge at client location.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and corrects safety-related issues and evaluates equipment to prevent failures.
• Performs preventive maintenance on industrial electrical control systems as scheduled in CMMS.
• Responds to work orders and provides service feedback while ensuring compliance with codes and standards.
• Reads and interprets mechanical and electrical schematics/prints.
• Operates tools and diagnostic hardware to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Maintains safety compliance and enforces company policies.
• Overtime and various shifts may be required.
