Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of related manufacturing experience.
• At least 1 year operating manufacturing machinery.
• Good communication skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Experience with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment and nail guns.
• Able to read a tape measure.
• Forklift experience a plus; trainable on forklift.
• Crane experience a plus; trainable on crane.
• Flexible with overtime and weekends.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate machinery to cut, punch, form or paint parts.
• Follow safety rules and quality procedures.
• Interpret blueprints and technical data to select materials.
• Read tape measures and verify part numbers.
• Perform routine maintenance and lubrication on equipment.
• Maintain accurate part tagging and documentation.
• Identify process improvements to reduce waste and improve productivity.
• Work with team leaders on overtime and schedule requirements.
