Job summary

Parker Hannifin Corporation is seeking a CNC Machine Operator 2 to support production in our Kentucky facility. The role involves training in set-up, operation, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance for CNC machines and related equipment.

You will read manufacturing drawings, measure parts, adjust tooling, and assist with process improvements, while maintaining safety and quality in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required with 1–2 years machining experience or Apprentice Program preferred.
• Ability to read simple blueprints and interpret measurements.
• Proficiency with standard measuring tools and basic computer use.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines with set-up and standard work instructions.
• Read prints, measure parts, adjust tooling and parameters.
• Train others in set-up and troubleshooting.
• Move materials, track orders and ensure flow of production.
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and keep a clean, safe work area.
