Job summary

Parker Aerospace in Danville, KY is seeking a CNC Machine Operator to perform program editing, setup, operation, and troubleshooting for CNC machines and related equipment. You will read prints, adjust tooling, and interact with service technicians to resolve issues while ensuring quality data is recorded.

The role requires 2–4 years of CNC experience, ability to operate measuring tools, and adherence to safety and housekeeping standards in a manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree in machine technology preferred or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years in CNC machining or related fields.
• Ability to read manufacturing prints and operator manuals; interpret programs.

Responsibilities

• Operate 3-axis vertical mills and horizontal mills.
• Load NC programs, adjust offsets, maintain/replace tools, perform FAIs.
• Document in-process QA data and traceability.
