Job summary

Staffmark Group is hiring a Machine Operator in Belcamp, MD, offering $18.00 - $20.00 per hour with 1st and 2nd shifts. You will operate and monitor industrial machinery, ensure production schedules, and contribute to quality checks in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires prior machine operation experience, familiarity with CNC equipment, and basic math for measurements. Lifting up to 50 pounds and teamwork are important for daily production tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous machine operation experience required.
• Experience operating CNC equipment, including lathes, mills, and grinders preferred.
• Mechanical assembly or welding experience preferred.
• Experience using measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor industrial machinery and production equipment.
• Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals.
• Work closely with team members to ensure efficient workflow.
• Perform quality checks and measurements as required.
• Complete miscellaneous warehouse and production tasks as assigned.
• Lift and move materials weighing 50+ pounds throughout the shift.
• Follow all safety and manufacturing procedures.
