Job summary

GAF Baltimore Plant is seeking a Production Machine Operator to assist on the production line, including machine operation, quality checks, packaging, and forklift duties. The role features 12-hour rotating shifts (7:00 AM–7:00 PM and 7:00 PM–7:00 AM) in Baltimore, MD.

Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, at least 1 year of machine operating experience in a high-speed environment, and a willingness to work a 7-day rotating schedule. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate processing machinery and equipment to manufacture shingles.
• Perform equipment safety checks, shutdown, cleanup and startup procedures.
• Conduct regular quality verification and packaging tasks; assist with material handling.
• Safely operate a forklift as required by production needs.
