Job summary

Ultimate Staffing is seeking a CNC Machine Operator in Tyngsborough, MA to join a precision manufacturing team on 1st or 2nd shift. This direct-hire opportunity offers ongoing skill development and the chance to contribute to high-quality components.

You will operate CNC mills and/or lathes, read blueprints, perform tool changes and offsets, and conduct in-process inspections with calipers and micrometers. A reliable work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience operating CNC mills and/or lathes.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing documentation.
• Experience performing offsets and tool changes.
• Familiarity with precision measuring equipment including calipers and micrometers.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a precision manufacturing environment
• Perform tool changes and offset adjustments as needed
• Read and interpret blueprints, routers, and work instructions
• Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards
• Verify parts meet specifications throughout production runs
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and elevate concerns when needed
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area

Direct Hire OpportunityAvailable Schedules

1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM

2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM

Pay: $24-$28/hour, depending on experience
