Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Manufacturing Manager in Billerica, MA to lead daily CNC machining operations with a team of about 50 machinists and operators in milling and turning. The role focuses on productivity, quality, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

The position requires strong leadership, CNC expertise, and experience in production planning and workforce management within a precision manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

We're partnering with a growing precision manufacturing company seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead daily CNC machining operations.

This position oversees a team of approximately 50 machinists and operators across milling and turning operations and plays a key role in driving productivity, quality, employee development, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Salary

Salary: $125,000 - $160,000

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations in a CNC machining environment
• Manage production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation
• Coach, mentor, and develop supervisors and production employees
• Drive improvements in productivity, quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery
• Support cross-training and workforce development initiatives

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, or a related field

Compensation & Benefits

• $125,000 - $160,000 base salary
