Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a CNC Machine Operator for Tyngsborough, MA to join a precision manufacturing team. You will operate CNC mills and/or lathes, read blueprints, run in-process inspections, and help maintain high quality standards.

We offer 1st or 2nd shift, four-day work week, and competitive pay from $24 to $28 per hour, depending on experience, with benefits and growth opportunities in a stable environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating CNC mills or lathes in manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and manufacturing docs.
• Experience performing offsets and tool changes.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC mills and/or lathes in a precision manufacturing environment.
• Perform tool changes and offset adjustments.
• Read and interpret blueprints, routers, and work instructions.
• Conduct in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring equipment.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain quality standards.
• Verify parts meet specifications throughout production runs.
• Troubleshoot minor production issues and elevate concerns when needed.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area.

Available Schedules

• 1st Shift: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday-Thursday, 4:00 PM-2:30 AM

Pay: $24-$28/hour, depending on experience
