Location: Haverhill, MA; Schedule: Mon-Fri 7:00 AM-3:30 PM; Salary range: $70,720–$81,120; Type: Direct Hire. This is a growth-focused opportunity for a senior machinist to contribute to continuous improvement and employee development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC lathe machining experience.
• Strong blueprint reading and GD&T knowledge.
• Experience with multi-axis lathe operations is preferred.
• CAD/CAM experience preferred.
• Advanced troubleshooting and process optimization skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform complete setup and operation of CNC lathes.
• Create, modify, and optimize CNC programs and toolpaths.
• Select and optimize tooling strategies and cutting parameters.
• Interpret complex blueprints and GD&T requirements.
• Diagnose and resolve machining, tooling, and process issues.
• Machine components requiring tight tolerances.
• Support process improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Mentor junior machinists and assist with training efforts.
