Adecco is currently recruiting experienced CNC Machine Operators for a leading manufacturing client in Clearwater, Florida. We are seeking skilled professionals with hands-on experience operating and setting up CNC equipment in a fast-paced production environment.

Pay Rate

• Starting at $22.00 per hour, based on experience

Available Shifts

• 2nd Shift

• 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate, set up, and monitor CNC machinery to produce precision components

• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings

• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments

• Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain product specifications

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment

• Meet production and quality standards

Preferred CNC Experience

Candidates with experience operating any of the following equipment are encouraged to apply:

• Star CNC Machines

• Eurotech Triple Turret Machines

• Davenport Machines

• Yang Machines

• CNC Swiss Machines

• Multi-Spindle Equipment

Qualifications

• Previous CNC machine operating and/or setup experience required

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Experience using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Reliable work history and ability to work assigned shifts

• Manufacturing experience preferred

Pay Details: $22.00 to $30.00 per hour
