The role requires reading blueprints and GD&T, editing CNC programs, inspecting parts with precision tools, and maintaining a safe, organized work environment. Swing shift 2:30pm–11:05pm with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of CNC Lathe setup experience and strong machining fundamentals.
• Ability to read blueprints and GD&T with high attention to detail.
• Experience editing CNC programs and troubleshooting processes.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to produce precision components.
• Work from program notes, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
• Create operator-friendly setups that meet quality requirements.
• Interpret and apply GD&T specifications.
• Edit and troubleshoot CNC programs (G-code/M-code).
• Inspect parts throughout production using precision measuring tools.
• Recommend tooling and process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Assist operators with troubleshooting and problem resolution.
• Support machine maintenance and report issues.
• Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
