Starflex Precision Manufacturing is seeking an experienced Laser Operator to join our fabrication team in Georgia. You will set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment, read blueprints and work orders, and ensure parts meet quality and dimensional standards.

Experience with Amada laser systems is preferred but not required. Forklift experience is a plus as we maintain steady production flow in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and overtime opportunities.

• Experience operating CNC laser equipment required.
• Amada experience preferred.
• Ability to read measuring tools and blueprints.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Good attendance and work ethic required.
• Forklift experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate CNC laser cutting equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints and work orders.
• Load and unload material safely and efficiently.
• Verify part quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain production flow and meet daily production goals.
• Work closely with production and quality teams.
