Job summary

JCB North America is seeking a CNC Operator to operate laser cutting, brake press and plasma equipment in a high-volume fabrication environment at our Pooler, GA facility. You will ensure precision cutting, perform routine maintenance, and support continuous improvement initiatives while adhering to safety standards.

The ideal candidate has a strong technical background, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced production setting.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
Certificate in Laser Technology or related field.
Minimum 2+ years operating CNC laser cutting equipment.
5+ years in manufacturing or fabrication environment.
Must pass pre-employment screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

Set up, program, and operate CNC laser cutting, brake press and plasma equipment.
Adjust and maintain laser cutting parameters for optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot to keep equipment at peak operation.
Conduct dimensional inspections and ensure parts meet specifications.
Assist with material handling and support production workflow.
Apply lean tools to improve laser cutting efficiency and reduce waste.
