Qualifications

• Technical or certification in CNC machining or related field preferred, or relevant experience.
• Experience with CNC laser and brake press machines.
• Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
• Strong planning, organization, and teamwork.
• Attention to detail and initiative to resolve problems with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor CNC laser cutting and brake press machines to ensure accurate production.
• Program CNC machines according to blueprints and work order specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Load materials into machines and ensure material quality.
• Use forklift or other equipment to move materials and parts.
• Perform routine quality checks and inspections.
• Modify machine settings and troubleshoot to maintain efficiency.
• Monitor inventory of materials and tools; report shortages.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards.
