Stand-By Personnel, Inc. is seeking an experienced Brake Press & Laser Machine Operator for a temp-to-hire manufacturing opportunity in Tulsa. The role requires setting up and operating a 60-ton brake press and a 20kW laser cutter to produce precision metal components.

Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of fabrication or machining experience, be able to read blueprints, perform basic maintenance, and manage multiple machines while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years fabrication or machining experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Safe operation of industrial metal fabrication equipment.
• Experience with machine setup and tooling adjustments.
• Strong measurement and dimensional verification skills.

Responsabilités

• Set up and operate a 60-ton brake press.
• Set up and operate a 20kW laser cutting machine.
• Review blueprints and work orders before production.
• Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Load and position materials for fabrication.
• Verify finished parts meet dimensional requirements.
