Ingersoll Rand in Alsip, IL is seeking a Plant Reliability Mechanic to keep CNC and manual machines production-ready. You will read schematics, troubleshoot hydraulics and pneumatics, and lead installations and relocations while following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures for a safe production environment.

The role requires 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic disciplines, with hands-on experience using precision tools.

Formación

• 3+ years in manufacturing maintenance across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic disciplines.
• 3+ years maintaining CNC and manual machines.
• 2+ years troubleshooting hydraulic and pneumatic circuits.
• 2+ years reading blueprints/mechanical prints and electrical schematics/wiring diagrams.
• Hands-on experience with micrometers, gauges, meters, calipers, and other precision tools.

Responsabilidades

• Safely follow procedures and flag hazards on the shop floor.
• Perform PMs and corrective work to keep CNC and manual equipment ready for production.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment layouts to diagnose faults.
• Lead equipment installation, removal, and relocation projects.
• Interpret and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems; determine repair paths.
