Job summary

Ingersoll Rand is seeking a CNC Machinery Reliability Technician for our Tulsa, OK site. You will perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and coordinate with production to keep lines running smoothly.

The role requires hands-on problem solving, ability to read technical drawings, and a strong focus on safety and documentation. Overtime and weekend hours may be required to support production needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to read/interpret technical drawings, schematics, manuals, and work instructions.
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
• Strong safety mindset, including lockout/tagout procedures.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive maintenance on manufacturing equipment per defined intervals.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Diagnose root causes and perform corrective actions to reduce downtime.
• Install, align, and adjust machine components and assemblies.
• Maintain PM and repair documentation in maintenance logs/CMMS.
