Job summary

• 1–2 years of frame building experience (plywood experience preferred).
• Able to stand and work up to 8 hours per day.
• Capable of lifting 25–50 lbs without assistance.
• Requires teamwork and collaboration with colleagues.
• Work in loud environments with hearing protection.
• Good hand–eye coordination required.
• Must stay organized and multi-task effectively.
• Complete duties in a timely manner.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance history is expected.

1. Must have at least 1-2 years of Frame Building experience (preferably plywood experience)
2. Must be able to work continuously for a minimum of 8 hours per day
3. Must be able to handle heavy lifting 25 - 50 lbs by yourself
4. Must be able to work closely with team members
5. Must be able to work in loud environments while wearing hearing protection at all times
6. Must have good hand eye coordination
7. Must be organized and able to multi-task
8. Must be able to complete job duties in timely manner
9. Ability to pay close attention to details
10. Effective written and verbal communication skills
11. Excellent attendance record
12. Ability to work and make decisions with minimum supervision
