Job summary

Elevation3D, LLC is seeking a CNC Operator to safely and efficiently run CNC equipment for fabricating custom trade show exhibits and experiential environments. You will collaborate with the Shop Foreman, CAD team, and production to ensure components meet Elevation3D quality standards.

Responsibilities include programming, setup, operation, and inspection of parts, selecting tooling and settings, and maintaining a clean, safe workspace while driving on-time production."

Qualifications

  • Previous CNC experience in woodworking, millwork, cabinetry, exhibit fabrication, or similar manufacturing preferred.
  • Experience with CNC routers and common sheet materials, including plywood, MDF, laminate, and plastics.
  • Ability to read and interpret CAD/shop drawings and production specifications.
  • Working knowledge of CNC/CAM software, tooling, and machine setup.
  • Ability to accurately use measuring and inspection tools.
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn company software.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively with CAD, Shop, Assembly, and Operations teams.
  • Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to work in a fast-paced production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Follow all company safety procedures, SOPs, and quality standards.
  • Assist with general shop fabrication when needed.
  • Support continuous improvement of CNC and fabrication processes.

Description

The CNC Operator is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient operation of CNC equipment used to fabricate custom trade show exhibits and experiential environments. Physical Requirements:
