Job summary

Ethan Allen Global, Inc. is seeking a capable assembler for our manufacturing team in North Carolina. The role emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and precise frame-building work, with an 8-hour schedule and opportunities for overtime as required.

Candidates should have 1-2 years of frame-building experience (plywood preferred), be able to lift 25-50 lbs, communicate effectively, and stay organized while multi-tasking in a loud environment requiring hearing protection.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1-2 years of Frame Building experience (preferably plywood experience).
• Must be able to work continuously for a minimum of 8 hours per day.
• Must be able to handle heavy lifting 25 - 50 lbs by yourself.
• Must be able to work closely with team members.
• Must be able to work in loud environments while wearing hearing protection at all times.
• Must have good hand eye coordination.
• Must be organized and able to multi-task.
• Must be able to complete job duties in timely manner.
• Ability to pay close attention to details.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attendance record.
• Ability to work and make decisions with minimum supervision.
• Overtime as required, including possible Saturday work as needed.
