Morris Group, Inc., a leading machine tool distributor, is seeking a Field Service Maintenance Technician for our HFO Chicago operation. You will travel to customer facilities to install, inspect, and service CNC equipment, maintaining high standards of safety and quality.

The role requires mechanical or electrical repair experience, strong documentation skills, and the ability to work independently from a home base within a regional territory. Company vehicle provided; travel expenses paid.

Qualificações

• Demonstrated ability in mechanical or electrical repair and/or maintenance.
• Ability to read and interpret procedures and how-to guides.
• Software experience, like Microsoft Office, is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites to install and perform preventative maintenance inspections on machine tool equipment.
• Use online technical documents, videos and checklists to guide maintenance procedures.
• Document status of services for office and customer.
• Training in maintenance procedures during onboarding.
