6 Degrees Search is partnering with a CNC machine tool distributor to hire a CNC Field Service Technician. You will travel to customer sites across MN, WI, SD, ND and surrounding region to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machine tools and controls.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, diagnosing issues across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, and submitting service reports.

Formación

• 3+ years hands-on CNC repair experience.
• Experience with rotating machinery, spindles and bearings.
• Strong ability to read electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics.
• Must have valid driver's license and comfortable with up to 25% travel.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC tools.
• Perform preventive maintenance and identify performance improvements.
• Diagnose issues and communicate status and recommendations to customers.
• Complete service and installation reports accurately.
