Haas Factory Outlet-Midwest, a regional distributor of CNC machine tools and related services, seeks an ambitious CNC Field Service Technician. The role involves extensive electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic schematic understanding to detect and resolve issues with machine tool equipment.

You will travel regionally to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain equipment, using manuals and vendor resources to research issues and document progress for customers and the office.

Competenze

• Experience in mechanical/electrical repair of CNC machine tools; Haas CNC Repair background a plus.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings and schematics is beneficial.
• Excellent technical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Must meet physical requirements of the job and travel regionally.

Mansioni

• Travel to customer sites to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain CNC machine tool equipment and controls.
• Research machine issues using manuals, documents and vendor resources.
• Document status of machine issues, repairs, and installations for office and customer records.
• Perform preventative maintenance and provide after-sales technical support and training.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of machine tool products represented by the company.
