Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED preferred; combination with education and experience will be considered.
• 1+ years of experience in a machine shop operating large equipment (hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, CNC a plus).
• Ability to review, understand, and use equipment manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability with high attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review service orders and prepare tools for on-site or shop maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose machines; pull parts and provide status updates to customers.
• Research defective parts and provide quality pricing for quotes.
• Complete preventive maintenance and repairs to minimize downtime.
• Validate machine operation with customers and prepare for the next work order.
