Job summary

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking a Field Service Engineer / CNC Field Service Technician to support CNC equipment installation, service, and uptime across Arizona. This field-based role installs, maintains, troubleshoots, and repairs 3-axis to multi-axis machining centers, lathes, and automated CNC systems.

You will travel throughout Arizona to maximize machine performance, provide technical guidance, and deliver clear reports and recommendations to customers and internal teams while

Qualifications

• Experience servicing CNC machine tools, machining centers or lathes.
• Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens or Heidenhain controls.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Travel Arizona to install, service and repair CNC tools.
• Perform installations, preventive maintenance and diagnostics.
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and CNC issues.
• Analyze problems and provide corrective recommendations.
• Support distributors and end users with guidance and improvements.
• Maintain service reports and communicate findings.
