Job summary

XOVR CNC Parts & Service seeks a Field Service Technician—CNC Machine Tools to travel nationwide, installing, calibrating, and supporting X-Series and other CNC machinery. You will train customers, diagnose issues, and perform maintenance to maximize uptime and performance.

Candidates must live within one hour of a major U.S. airport and be ready for extensive travel across the United States, with strong emphasis on customer service and precise reporting.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with mechanical systems and troubleshooting.
• Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams (layout/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic).
• Experience in machine installations, training, and service for CNC machine tools.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Self-motivated with strong customer-service orientation.
• Must live within one hour of a major U.S. airport.
• Travel/wlexibility: up to 90% travel within U.S.

Responsibilities

• Install and baseline/debug new CNC equipment systems.
• Train new customers and operators on equipment operation and procedures.
• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot existing equipment systems.
• Perform data analysis to assess machinery performance.
• Document machine safety, maintenance, and operational reports.
• Read and interpret layout/electrical/pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams.
