• Willingness to travel up to 50% in year one, then ~25%.

Responsibilities

• Review installation requirements and oversee machine installation at customer facilities.
• Troubleshoot and service CNC machines, including hardware and software issues.
• Develop and maintain service documentation and training materials.
• Complete service and inspection reports and collaborate with internal teams.
• Travel to customer sites and provide remote support as needed.
