Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CNC machine tool service experience.
• Strong knowledge of CNC operation, electrical systems, and controls.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Acrobat.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional technical support by phone.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, CNC, PLC, and machine issues.
• Identify recurring issues and develop improvement actions.
• Maintain knowledge of Hurco and Takumi products and parts.
• Collaborate with Field Service Engineers, distributors, customers, and teams.
• Occasional travel to customer locations to assist with diagnosis and repair.
• Develop and deliver technical service training for staff and customers.
• Prepare and distribute technical documentation and service bulletins.
• Expedite parts orders to minimize downtime.
