Ellison Technologies is seeking a Precision CNC Systems Field Service Engineer to champion our customers in the Mississippi/Memphis market. You will install, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on advanced CNC machines, and train operators to ensure reliable performance.

You will diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues (including PLC troubleshooting), document outcomes, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Strength in diagnosing mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations, and preventive maintenance on CNC equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; communicate with diverse stakeholders.
• Represent Ellison professionally and ethically at all times.
• Own cases and projects; maintain records and technical docs.
• Carry out related service duties as assigned.
