Job summary

Ellison Technologies is seeking a field service technician to support CNC machining centers and turning centers across the region. You’ll travel from home to customer sites in your own vehicle, with a car allowance and fuel coverage, to diagnose, repair, and install equipment.

You’ll document work on company devices, mentor operators, and coordinate with shop personnel and leadership. The role emphasizes hands-on troubleshooting, safety, and customer service in a fast-paced manufacturing

Qualifications

Hands-on experience commissioning, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical troubleshooting chops—root cause to resolution.
Proficiency in PLC Troubleshooting, CNC Machine Repair, Electrical Troubleshooting, and Equipment Diagnostics & Troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Own day-to-day service across the local market: troubleshooting, repair, installations, and scheduled PMs.
Resolve customer issues with urgency and clarity; provide targeted sales support and occasional end-user training.
Communicate effectively with shop personnel, engineers, and leadership.
Uphold Ellison Technologies’ professional and ethical standards at every touchpoint.
Maintain complete records and technical documentation for all cases and projects.
Pitch in with related tasks as business needs evolve.
