Ellison Technologies is seeking a Precision CNC Systems Field Service Engineer to support the Mississippi and Memphis markets. You will be the trusted expert for installations, repairs, and preventive maintenance on advanced CNC equipment.

Expect fast, accurate diagnoses across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems, including PLC troubleshooting. You will train operators, document visits, and ensure customers feel supported and confident in the service you provide.

Qualifications

• Background installing, maintaining, and repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
• Expertise across mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Strong CNC machine repair, PLC troubleshooting, electrical troubleshooting, and diagnostics.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues; communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
• Represent Ellison professionally and ethically at all times.
• Own your cases and projects; maintain records and technical docs.
• Carry out related service duties as assigned.
