Job summary

Ellison Technologies, Inc. seeks a CNC Field Service Engineer to support customers in the local Memphis/Northern Mississippi region.

You will perform installations, preventive maintenance and on-site service for CNC machinery, with a focus on rapid issue resolution and customer satisfaction. You will be backed by a company vehicle or car allowance, a provided cell phone and laptop, and a streamlined expense process to keep you focused on keeping customers' equipment running and ensuring top-tier

Qualifications

Experience installing, maintaining and/or repairing CNC machining centers and CNC turning centers.
Ability to work with mechanical, hydraulic and electrical aspects of CNC equipment.

Responsibilities

Perform field service, installations or preventive maintenance in the local market.
Resolve customer issues and provide sales support and some training.
Communicate effectively with a variety of people.
Represent Ellison Technologies professionally and ethically at all times.
Take ownership of all service cases and projects; maintain customer records and technical documentation.
Other related duties as assigned.
