This field-based role includes a company vehicle, cell phone, laptop, and covered gas expenses to help you focus on service excellence and turning customers into loyal advocates.

Candidates should be hands-on, comfortable in non-climate-controlled environments, and eager to learn and grow within the field.

Qualifications

• Recent grads from technical schools or robotics programs.

Responsibilities

• Install CNC equipment and perform preventive maintenance and repairs in the field.
• Diagnose customer issues and provide basic training and sales support.
• Communicate with diverse stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service records and technical documentation.
• Own service cases and projects; support team and clients as needed.
