Job summary

Manpower Group (USA) is assisting a client in Charleston, SC to fill a Field Service Engineer position focused on servicing DMG MORI CNC machine tools on site and by phone. You will troubleshoot, install, repair, and document activity while delivering excellent service.

You should have 3–5 years of electrical/mechanical experience, familiarity with DMG MORI, FANUC, Mitsubishi, or Siemens controls, and strong communication and problem-solving skills to support customers and teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting and maintenance experience.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and PLC ladder diagrams.
• High school diploma or technical equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance, repair, and installation of DMG MORI CNC machines on site or via telephone.
• Create and update documentation and generate service reports.
