AleraInfoTech is seeking an Application Engineer for our CNC manufacturing client in Mundelein, IL. This on-site role involves field service, troubleshooting, and customer support to ensure CNC grinding systems operate at peak efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CNC grinding machinery, Numroto software knowledge, and the ability to travel up to 50% across North America. Direct hire with competitive benefits and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Field service experience with CNC grinding machinery.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine problems on-site and remotely.
• Experience installing CNC grinding machines at customer facilities.
• Familiarity with Numroto software and machine integration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct field service at customer facilities to ensure CNC grinding machines operate correctly.
• Support customers onsite, by phone, and via email; address inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Work with Straustak machines and Numroto software to optimize performance.
• Travel up to 50% within the USA, Canada, and Mexico to support customers.
