Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate and set up Haas CNC Mills and Lathes, read blueprints, and measure with calipers and micrometers. The role requires performing own setups and editing CNC programs at the machine.

You will translate blueprint information into precise parts, select appropriate tooling and speeds/feeds, and ensure accurate documentation of labor and materials. This onsite role supports production schedules in a global manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or 4+ years related experience.
• Ability to apply concepts of basic math, algebra, and geometry.
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables and limited standardization.
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes.
• Transform blueprint information into the workpiece.
• Read calipers and micrometers to verify measurements.
• Select speeds, feeds, tooling, and sequences for materials.
• Complete labor, material, scrap, and kit reports accurately.
