Job summary

Regal Rexnord Corp in Wisconsin is seeking a CNC Machinist who will operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes, read blueprints, and perform own setups at the machine. You will select tooling, download/edit CNC programs, and measure parts with calipers and micrometers.

Responsibilities include transforming blueprints into workpieces, using fixtures, tracking schedules, and maintaining equipment. A provided benefits package accompanies this onsite role.

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent from two-year college or technical school or four+ years related experience
• Ability to apply basic math concepts including algebra and geometry
• Ability to solve practical problems with concrete variables
• Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Setup and safely operate Haas CNC Mills and Lathes
• Transform blueprint information to the workpiece
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and other inspection tools
• Use jigs and fixtures; perform setups involving blocking, aligning, and securing pieces
• Download and edit CNC programs at the machine; select speeds, feeds, tooling, and sequences
• Complete labor reports, material issues, kit lists, scrap reports and material moves
• Understand production schedules and track releases
• Maintain Haas mill and lathe including coolant levels, chip removal, and clean work area
• Deburr, file, grind and polish machined parts
