Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking a CNC Machinist to operate Haas mills and lathes, perform own setups, read blueprints and edit CNC programs at the machine. Proficiency in calipers and micrometers is required to measure parts accurately.

The role demands the ability to interpret drawings, select tooling and speeds/feeds, and maintain clean, organized work areas while tracking production schedules and labor reporting.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and operating instructions.
• Apply basic math, algebra and geometry to manufacturing tasks.
• Solve practical problems with limited standardization.
• Interpret varied instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Set up and safely operate Haas CNC mills and lathes.
• Transform blueprint information into the workpiece setup.
• Measure with calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools.
• Select tooling, speeds and feeds for materials and operations.
• Update labor reports, material issues, and kit lists.
• Maintain equipment coolant levels and clean work area.
• Perform deburring, filing, grinding, and polishing as needed.
