Job summary

Williams International in Pontiac, MI is hiring CNC Machinists for EDM work on nights and weekends. You will set up and operate sinker, wire, and other EDM machines, inspect parts, and maintain records to specifications. Applicants should have GD&T experience, blueprint reading skills, and familiarity with Siemens controls; US citizenship may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 2-5 years of experience with Wire or Sinker EDMs.
• Experience with GD&T required.
• Familiarity with Siemens CNC controls is a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret blue prints, planning, and manufacturing specifications.

Responsibilities

• Set-up and operate miscellaneous CNC EDM machines (sinkers, wire, or poppers).
• Machine and test parts per engineering and customer specs.
• Perform inspection and testing to ensure parts meet standards and blueprints.
• Maintain part identification and accurate documentation.
• Communicate shift requirements to teammates with clear information.
