Delta Technologies in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an EDM Machinist to join a fast-paced, precision manufacturing environment. You will program and operate high precision CNC machinery, read blueprints, and set up setups to meet tight tolerances.

Qualified candidates have a high school diploma, EDM operator experience, and knowledge of MasterCam. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork, with opportunities for growth and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior EDM operator experience.
• Knowledge of Master Cam.
• Working understanding of the precision manufacturing industry.

Responsabilités

• Reading blueprints or job orders to obtain product specifications (dimensions and tolerances).
• Positioning and securing work pieces to holding devices, machine tables, chucks, centers or fixtures.
• Working with stainless and high temp alloys.
• Setting specified feeds, speeds and depth of cut, in accordance with product specifications and tooling instructions.
• Observing operation and verifying conformance of machined work pieces to specifications, using measuring instruments such as calipers, bore gauges, pins and micrometers.
• Adhering to safety rules, manufacturing / quality procedures and company policies.
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area.
