Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years machining experience or completion of Machining Technology degree/program.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• CNC setup experience preferred; horizontal boring bar experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC horizontal boring mills.
• Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings.
• Perform tooling changes, offsets and program adjustments.
• Machine large complex parts to precise tolerances.
• Inspect completed work using precision measuring equipment.
• Troubleshoot machining and quality concerns.
• Work closely with Engineering, Project Leaders and Assembly teams.
