Fenner Precision Polymers is seeking an Operator - Bearings to manufacture quality bearings by operating CNC lathes and related equipment. The schedule is Monday - Thursday, 6:00am - 4:30pm.

Level 1–3 operators will perform setup, operation, and routine maintenance across assembly, blanking, tumbling, molding, and finishing processes to meet customer demand. The role requires basic CNC experience, adherence to safety and ISO procedures, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Level 1 requires 1–3 months related experience or equivalent.
• CNC machining experience preferred for higher levels.

Responsabilités

• Operate CNC lathes, assembly, blanking, tumbling and molding with minimal assistance.
• Perform routine maintenance on CNC and finishing equipment.
• Complete work orders and payroll information in JDEdwards One-World system.
• Participate in LEAN and World Class improvement projects.
