Framebridge Henderson, NV is seeking a Art Mechanical Technician to operate CNC routers and a double miter saw, cutting acrylic frames and mat board with high precision. You’ll help feed the art cell, process live orders, and ensure frames meet exact specs while supporting lean manufacturing goals.

The role emphasizes hands-on craftsmanship, collaboration across teams, and adherence to safety, quality, and production timelines in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Time management and ability to adapt to changing demands.
• Experience with woodworking preferred.
• Familiarity with CNC routers or similar machinery preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to perform routine maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut picture frame products from acrylic and mat board.
• Use nesting software to maximize material usage and support lean manufacturing.
• Operate a double miter saw to cut moulding to exact measurements.
• Apply stain and wood glue for underpinning frames using a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with art cell teams to prioritize production and meet orders.
• Conduct final quality inspections on frames per specs.
• Assist shipping to package and ship finished products.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area following safety procedures.
