Framebridge Inc. is seeking a dedicated Art Manufacturing and Mechanical Production Technician in Winchester, VA.

The role focuses on operating CNC routers, cutting picture frames from acrylic and mat board, and assembling high-quality products for our custom framing operations. You will work with a team to optimize material usage, apply finishes, and ensure timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut picture frame products from acrylic and mat board.
• Utilize nesting software to optimize cutting patterns and material usage.
• Operate a double miter saw to cut moulding to precise measurements.
• Apply stain and wood glue for underpinning frames using a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with art cell teams to prioritize production tasks.
• Conduct final visual quality inspections on frames to ensure craftsmanship.
• Assist in shipping finished products to support production workflow.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area and proper material storage.
