Job summary

Framebridge Inc. is seeking a versatile Production Technician to operate CNC routers and a double miter saw in our Henderson, NV manufacturing studio. You will cut acrylic and mat board, lay out patterns with nesting software, and underpin frames with a pneumatic underpinner.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work that surpasses customer expectations.
• Proficiency with hands and manual dexterity for delicate pieces.
• Familiarity with CNC routers, miter saws, or similar machinery preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently operate CNC routers to cut picture frame products from acrylic and mat board.
• Use nesting software to arrange cutting patterns and maximize material usage.
• Operate a double miter saw to cut moulding to exact measurements.
• Apply stain and wood glue for underpinning frames using a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with neighboring teams in the art cell to meet orders.
• Conduct final visual quality inspections on frames for craftsmanship and specs.
• Assist in shipping to package and ship finished products as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and proper storage of materials and tools.
