Framebridge is hiring an Art Mechanical Technician for our Henderson, NV production studio. You will operate CNC routers, cut picture frame components from acrylic and mat board, and contribute to lean manufacturing with precise work and strong attention to detail.

You will use a double miter saw, pneumatic underpinner, and nesting software to optimize material usage, while collaborating with the art cell teams to fulfill live orders and maintain quality and on-time delivery.

• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut picture frame products from acrylic and mat board with precision.
• Use nesting software to optimize cutting patterns and material usage.
• Operate a double miter saw to cut moulding to exact measurements.
• Apply stain and wood glue in preparation for underpinning with a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with neighboring teams to prioritize production and meet customer orders.
• Perform final visual quality inspections to ensure craftsmanship and accuracy.
• Assist in packaging and shipping to support production flow.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and proper storage of materials and tools.
