Job summary

Framebridge in Winchester, VA is seeking an Art Manufacturing and Mechanical Production Technician for the Evening Shift. You will operate CNC routers, cut picture frames from acrylic and mat board, and prepare frames with precise joinery and underpining.

The role supports lean manufacturing and cross-team collaboration to meet daily order demands. Responsibilities include quality inspections, shipping-support tasks, and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality craftsmanship.
• Hands-on dexterity and comfort working with small/ delicate components.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and ability to work accurately at speed.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC routers to cut picture frame products from acrylic and mat board.
• Use nesting software to optimize cutting patterns and material usage.
• Cut moulding with a double miter saw to exact dimensions.
• Apply stain and wood glue for underpinning frames using a pneumatic underpinner.
• Collaborate with art cell teams to prioritize production and meet orders.
