Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in a nursing assistant program or hold an active CNA license.
• Minimum 6 months of CNA experience or clinical experience in school.
• Ability to read, write and speak English clearly.
• Demonstrates empathy and patient-centered care.
• Ability to work harmoniously with staff and residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in accordance with facility policies and safety rules.
• Make resident rounds and administer quality nursing care.
• Verify resident identity before care or meals.
• Keep residents clean, dress them, assist with meals and feeding as needed.
• Attend in-service programs and perform duties as directed by supervisors.
